The color purple is fashion’s hot idea for fall. Purple is ubiquitous in fall fashion, and no wonder. It’s becoming in many shades and is friendly to most skin tones, hair colors and ages.
Piperlime.com - Catherine Beaudoin, general manager of online shoe shop Piperlime.com, says purple is a strong shade for all fashion.

"It’s definitely popping,” Beaudoin says. “I think it’s very wearable in accessories — shoes, handbags, scarves and gloves. It’s often very dramatic to take a strong color and wear it on your feet or wrap it around your neck over an otherwise subdued outfit."

"It's more unusual to have these great bright colors for fall. You sort of expect it for spring," says Susan Kaufman, editor in chief of StyleWatch.
