Filling Out Old Navy Applications

Recently I’ve noticed 'Now Hiring' signs on every retail store I find myself entering. I'm really surprised in the lack of workers this nation is seeing during an economic slump. It further makes me wonder if employers will relax some of their candidate requirements. I've filled out Old Navy applications before and they're not as bad as some companies but they are in the higher percentile when it comes to application length. The amount of questions they ask is large and digs deep down into a persons' personality traits; I've taken shorter dating surveys. They may have to accept applications that are less than their perfect worker.
