The Personal Old Navy Job Applications

If you have ever applied at Old Navy you understand how impersonal the application process is. I find it ironic how a company that prides itself on friendly service uses an online job application process because it is efficient. The downside is that the process is single-dimensional and lacks the social characteristics that the whole interview is intended to discover. It's like a teenage girl saying, "I want to meet a smart, funny, and stable guy to marry," when they themselves are nothing close to those same qualities. You can't expect to meet a person with one type of qualities when you live with another type of qualities.
