New Gap Clothes

Although The Gap and Banana Republic are owned by the same company, it seems as though they somewhat in competition with each other. They offer similar types of clothes and fit into one category for personal taste.

The Gap offers somewhat more casual clothes, and the Banana Republic offers a bit classier and dressier clothes. It seems as though Banana Republic is more popular among women and the Gap is more popular among men. Most likely due to the fact that in general, more women are willing to spend more money on nicer clothes than men are.

Men are in general more likely to buy gap clothes because they are less expensive and more relaxed and comfortable fitting.
